Iphone Apps List Cydia

Cant delete apps from my iphone?

I have a iphone 3gs and i cant delete some of the apps. Yes i have tried cydelete and even going into cydia and tried to delete them but it doesnt work. It is not listed in cydia and when i use cydelete it would only remove the icon from the springboard and once it restart from safe mode or when cydia reloads the apps would be back. I had a friend to unlock and JB my iphone. i dont think he downloaded those apps from cydia but uploaded it from his computer with another program and i cant get rid of it! help! FREE POINTS IF HELPED!!!
Yes i have tried that also doesnt work.

To delete apps from your phone press an app and hold your finger down on it. After that the apps will start to shake and have “x”s on them. If you press the “x” it will delete the app.
