Then keeping up my iphone pluggeg charger most of the damage or impact days on the battery?
I have an iPhone 3G that I use in my car. I am a taxi driver and I about 10 hours a day, I have a Sony Bluetooth receiver that I use with the iphone to stream my playlists. The iPhone stays plugged into the cigarette lighter / charger most of these 10 hours and I'm just curious. Is harm my iPhone or battery any way?
Keeping it plugged in should not be a problem. The phone detects when the battery is fully charged and stops to recharge. The only problem is that I if you have a good after-sales (such as lower prices of $ 2 Chineese knock-offs) charger that could not have a good filtering / voltage control that could lead to voltage spikes "go" whenever the car is started / stopped etc. (And if you paid $ 20 + for a "best buy" charger that is not Apple, you still bought a cheap $ 2 "knock-off" you paid too much for her.)
